Delete your account

Ask us to permanently delete your Letusallcelebrate account and everything stored with it. You don't need the app, and you don't need to sign in — just tell us the email on your account.

What gets deleted

  • •Every memory capsule you forged, including photos, voice memos and AI narratives
  • •Every celebration envelope you created, including voice and video messages
  • •Mood ripples, mood echoes and your circle memberships — plus any circle you created, which is deleted entirely
  • •Family capsule memberships — plus any family capsule you created, which is deleted entirely
  • •Vaults and vault entries, important dates, legacy settings and trusted contacts
  • •Your profile settings, notification preferences and subscription records

What stays

Ripples you posted in the community are marked as coming from a deleted user rather than removed, so the conversations around them still make sense. Print order records are kept for 90 days after delivery for customer service, then deleted. Nothing else is kept.

Request deletion

You can also do this instantly yourself from Profile → Delete account while signed in.

This sends a request — nothing is deleted straight away. We confirm every request from the account's own email so no one can delete an account that isn't theirs.

What happens next

  1. We receive your request and confirm it from the email you gave us.
  2. Once confirmed, your account and all of its data are permanently deleted — immediately and irreversibly.
  3. You'll get a reply when it's done, usually within a few days.
